Well I have quoted facts from the ONS. Easily verifiable. It has clearly not" massively" damaged the economy. It hasn't made much difference actually, though of course the much mentioned £150bn which is meant to be invested here in the years ahead from US tech companies could not have happened while in the EU. Not opinion, it's just a fact. The last government, and this one are not interested in cutting immigration if any kind. The evidence is overwhelming on that . No possible difference can be made while still tied to ancient treaties, written in another century.
Here's another one costing tax payers billions. A friends son never worked a day in his life mid thirties gets the nod to get a vehicle using the mobility allowance puts five grand down cash and gets a top end 4x4. And the DWP doesn't look into it. He is not a raspberry ripple he has been diagnosed with a mental health problem They'll bring in pay per mile for every vehicle in the end. They'll start it at 3p per mile and every year it will go up with inflation. You will have nothing and be happy.
So your friends son is milking the system? What other stories has he corrupted your mind with? I would be wary of this person as a friend. Did this milking happen in the last year and four months under the Labour government? How are you managing to blame Starmer here?
What do you think they spend the fuel duty on? Green energy This isnt fairness, it is an oh **** moment. They will be taxing your allotment produce next mate Not fair you can grow your own, blah blah blah
I think whatever this government do there are people on here who are always going to complain. Is this government perfect? Far from but given the catastrophic last Tory government and the Farage alternative they are the best option by a distance. I have an EV and petrol cars and happy with both. We use each one accordingly. For the environment and climate and as technology improves it just makes sense to move to electrical.
