We have no midfield connecting defence and attack. Downes and Jander are just sat in front of the back 5 leaving Armstrong, Robinson & Scienza isolated.

Get a CB off for Roerslev at RB. Move Fellows to RW and get Robsinon or Azaz in the gap between Armstrong and the midfielders.

 

Not sure how you could forget tbh, he’s been very prevalent for all the wrong reasons. Don’t think he’s successfully made a pass tonight

 

Better shape and pressing but no focal point to the attack. Playing it to an isolated Armstrong with two defenders at his back with his back to goal is not going to lead to chances.

 

Giving it away and lumping it up field. Classic amateur football.

Robinson having a bit of a bad game. Midfield not offering much. At least there is more effort.

 

On this half’s viewing I honestly hope the board are looking at a complete overhaul this summer when we don’t manage to get out of the bottom half for the rest of the season. Only players worth keeping around are Scienza, Jander, Fellows & Robinson (Charles will obviously be sold in summer). It’d honestly be more use to play our U21s + those 4 for the rest of the season & hope we can stay up so we’ve got a better foundation to build off! We are completely amateur…

 

If you didn't know the teams you would be forgiven for thinking this was a mid table League 1 match. No quality at all on show. Scienza has looked fast. That's the only thing of interest I can pick out
