They've really changed their whole system to suite the one player - The problem with that is if he gets injured they could be in big trouble.

Without wishing injury on another player

    I hope he gets injured

Exactly - that is actually City's weakness and why they are not as good as they once were.
Haalands finishing is actually quite inconsistent. Goes from excellent to abysmal in patches.

Every game week when I see who’s playing, Spurs seem to be playing nobodies. Looking ahead they only appear to have PSG as a tough game. How have they got away with so many easy fixtures?!

Liverpool should have won by 5 or 6 against Real Madrid.
I was wrong about Madrid, they are not PL mid table level, they’d be relegation fodder! <laugh>

Alot of great players but they lack a playmaker and all their best attackers are left sided. It's an unbalanced squad.

they do have a lot of highly rated players for sure - but I do wonder how many are really great.
Every time I have seen the likes of Vini Jr, Mbappe and Bellingham against top opposition they've looked very average TBH.

    Their goalkeeper is world class.

LOL. Mbappe has outscored Henry for France and has 60 goals in 89 UCL games. (he's only 26) You can't have watched him very often.
He annoys me because I think he's a dick - quality is undeniable though.

I am not overly impressed by international goal totals - nor do I judge players on goals at all. Most of them come against poor sides. Bergkamp only got 100 or so goals for us. I rate him at a much higher level than Mbappe.
I did see the WC final where Mbappe came alive right at the end of the game after one of the poorest performances I had ever seen. Credit to him for waking up, but I think he's too inconsistent with varying levels of 'can I be a arsed'. IMHO. Nothing I am seeing from these players is changing my mind on them. Reputations are too often manufactured these days.
    Just my opinion of course.

And rightfully so....if you only checked International stats, Peter Crouch looks like a god.
His England strike ratio is better than Shearers and Rooneys ffs, because, as you pointed out, most of those games are against Lichtenstein, Morocco and Azerbaijan.

Yeah but there is no world, no matter how much you rate him, where is a better striker than Alan Shearer or Wayne Rooney.

What do you judge it on then? his touch is insane.. he is lightning quick, strong.. I think he should play on the left though like he did as PSG. As an all round player he's far better than Haaland or Kane.

Sure but his GS record doesn't suggest he is either.

If you only looked at his goals per game for England it does, hence the point I was making about Mbappe's France record

Mbappes record is insane at Monaco, PSG, Real and France.

Crouch was actually a kind of Clutch player - maybe that's why. He was actually good under pressure.
