For some reason the youngsters like it ?? I was talked into having it a while back and it’s just cheap crap food imo !

 

The only thing worth eating from Greggs is the simple yum-yum.

No good for my diabetes, mind.

 

You simply can't beat Ethiopian beans, preferably Yirgacheffe. I get them delivered by an importer from Cambridge. They are dear but worth every penny. Considering Ethiopia is so arid, the beans have a fruity note.

I was on about twenty cups a day, but I've cut that in half. I don't touch alcohol these days (dry for fifteen years), so my fluid intake has to be of the very best quality.

I'm a snob, yes.

Meant to add earlier, but I refrained, I am coffee mad. Tea is at certain times, especially winer late at night. But coffee, hot damn dont get me started. We have a real coffee machine here at home, same setup as a Cafe. Absolute bliss every morning.
