I'm very surprised he's kept Saka, Rice and Gabriel/Saliba on.

 

My heart sank for a second, I thought Rice had got booked . It was Norgaard. Although he shouldn't have been booked anyway, he was being fouled - twice .

 

Did Norgaard just get a yellow for having his foot stamped on ?

 

Fair play to the Slavia fans, still singing and supporting their team even through they are 0-3 down at home.

 

Dowman's won two fouls in less than a minute . This kid is so good, man.

I'm sorry but this ref is taking the piss .

He's given so many of our players yellow cards for fouls (some of which weren't even fouls), but then he's not giving them yellow cards when they do the same thing.

Slavia have a penalty. I'm not convinced by that. But I doubt it'll be overturned.

 

Part of me is not fussed about conceding a goal - it had to come eventually and I would prefer it to be in a game we already won.

 

That shouldn't be a penalty. That's a joke if this decision remains.

 

VAR recommended it for review. Good. Let's hope the referee uses his common sense and overturns it.

EDIT: Overturned. Right decision. There was no contact from White on the Slavia player at all.

Excellent victory away from home at a hostile ground. More comprehensive than I thought. A lot of very good displays and it didn't really feel like we got out of 2nd gear.

Came through it unscathed and with a club-record equalling consecutive clean sheet. The first time we've got 8 clean sheets in a row since 1903. Top stuff.

Fair play to Merino for coming back into the fold and doing a good job up top.

Perfect record in the CL and on we go.
