If it ceases to be a shopping entre, it will be demolished, it's no good for anything else and it's a **** building anyway.
It's crazy how much Princes Quay has fallen. So many shops gone and now it's stuck as some sort of half-empty middle ground between Prospect Centre and St Stephens.
The decline is because Internet shopping primarily and out of town shopping . You can actually live your whole life without ever leaving your home if you wish .
Even though I hate the cold and drafty place St Stephens with its ****ty parking shows it can still be done.
You always could, even before internet shopping, albeit your whole life would be significantly shorter due to starvation.
You wait and see. More money will be spent on it and just before it opens the Council will announce the demolition of Prinny Quay!
