I'm going to hang fire on my prediction until we finally know what our squad is going to look like, if we lose Dibbling, Charles and Fernandes and perhaps Edozie without replacing them with some quality signings I can't see anything better than a top ten finish. The likes of BBD, Aribo and ABK can all leave immediately. Those predicting automatic promotion obviously didn't watch the dross being served up last year. Relegation caused by ineptitude, apathy or down-right lack of effort from the a lot of the players that are still at the club, if SR don't find some quality replacements ( and their record in this department isn't great ) I fear a disappointing season ahead of us. Lets Hope they get it right!

The other 17, who have done predictions don't know who's going and who's staying either. If you've ever read their posts you'll already know they don't care what people think about them anyway. Well I was quietly optimistic after our summer signings, still had reservations about not signing a striker but certainly didn't envisage the absolute "**** Show" that has materialized. Like most posters on here I think Will Still has been totally found out and just doesn't have the experience or personality to turn things around, the players might be looking at him on the training ground thinking "Who the **** is this wannabe trying to tell us how to play?" This is reflected on matchday, WS tactics and in-game decisions certainly don't help matters and that exacerbates the whole situation. SR need to admit to yet another failing of recruitment ( seems incredible how bad they are in this department ) and install a tough manager that's going drill into these players a stronger mentality, basic tactics and set-up. This squad isn't that bad - it's just lacking leadership on and off the field.
Maybe next year's season predictions thread needs to ask if the manager will make it to Bonfire Night?
How many games until the fans turn on SR and the latest manager as it'll probably be a different manager to the one we are about to hire to replace Still.
