I think Hull and Ipswich will finish in the top two places. They are the two best teams in the Championship.
I just heard on the BBC News that a huge new museum has opened in Egypt. That Country is blessed with the richest heritage of ancient artefacts and architecture on Earth, save possibly China. Egyptology is something of a hobby of mine. Fascinating in my view. The centre piece of the new museum is an exhibit of the complete contents of the tomb of Tutankhamun, That exhibit is only possible because of the actions of probably the greatest Archaeologist of all time, Howard Carter. Back in an era when ancient tombs were often plundered by treasure seekers, Carter's excavation of Tutankhamun's tomb was carried out to exacting standards. A forensic operation that took ten years to complete. Everything photographed in situ before it was touched. Everything recorded. Carter did the future an incalculable service by applying his highest possible standards of integrity. Yet he was a difficult man to get on with. He did not suffer fools gladly, especially noble or privileged ones. And this made him may enemies. During his lifetime Carter received no acknowledgment or honours from the British Government for his work. When he died in the 1940's his funeral was barely attended by anyone.
