This was one of the poorest performances I’ve seen in a while. I can’t say years because we’ve had some ****e in many recent months but **** me, this was a 1/10 performance from coaching staff and players.

    Genuinely ****ing disgraceful.

Glad I couldn’t make it back for this, saved myself in train tickets and even got £84 back from the sale of the match ticket.

Franks gonna need to work out how he gets a balance and makes us a bit more exciting to watch, otherwise a large % of our fans are gonna be on his back very soon. - some already are.
We’ve already had 3 managers in recent years who have been quite defensive minded, and basically bored the hell out of us.
I get there’s players injured, but I seriously question how much of a difference they’ll really make when they come back into the fold.

Kulu and Maddison would make a huge difference in my opinion, though so would a top LW. Simons was signed to cover some of the creativity lost through their injuries and yet he’s on course to be a worse signing than Ndombele/ Richarlison.

But Frank does need to work on our attacking phases. It was diabolical today. He made a rod for his own back too by talking about flying out of the blocks only to have his team look like a bunch of rabbits in headlights.

Chelsea’s defence and keeper are average at best and we’ve barely laid a glove on them. Absolutely nothing again from Simons the little wet wipe. The fact he wasn’t even meant to be playing sums up our luck against these as well.

Need to come up with something sharpish as the players we need back aren’t back for a while.

We put ourselves through this every year. It results in us hating our own players. It doesn’t matter who plays for the bastards they always work their bollocks off to beat us. FFS They are not even that special this year.

They remind me of the billionaire who has collection of Ferraris and Porches but doesn't know how an internal combustion engine works.

I look forward to the day we can beat the ****s.
Now that I am 3/4 of the way through the bottle of wine I am not so ****ing annoyed.

What really worries me about him at this early stage isn't the (many) mistakes or the disconnect with his new teammates, it's his lack of pace, strength and - certainly from today's 'effort' - is his lack of commitment.
I can excuse a lot of things, but lack of effort isn't one of them.

yeah sometime players need time to settle but you can see glimpses of that magic you paid for just a case of settling in, telepathy etc but Simons playing like someone who’s been here years and is sick of trying and wants out lol wtf
