So the Hillsborough Justice and Manchester Police failures over the Rochdale grooming gangs wouldn't have been possible if we came out of the ECHR. Interesting politics at play here.
A good read made (skim read anyway). A lot to like about the idea. Not so sure on the funding level, looks minimal. If I am being brutal it looks similar to Camerons Big Society. That was great in theory too. But died a quick and noiseless death. I will make a commitment though. My local MP is labour. My last one was tory. I could talk to my last one anytime about local issues and she listened with empathy and interest. She was a brilliant local MP. Now retired. I have yet to see much of our new one. I will go down to the next surgery and offer my time and commitment to this for my little town. If any government could deliver something like this it would be genuinely transformational. It is going to take a lot of local folk getting off their arses and giving something to their community for nowt. Not many of us like that anymore in my experience mate.
Thought you’d like it. Yeah there’s definitely a bit of Big Society in there. The chat is that there may be more money coming next year but I guess that depends on the economy.

Correct Putin, wanted the UK out of Europe as this was good news for Russia, making their enemies weaker. F agash, did make speeches saying Russia was the bad guy, whilst taking money from them via the back door (also defrauding the EU as well).
