As others have said, I’ve never been so pissed off.

In all seriousness though, we need someone on board who can inspire and lead this bunch of measly little cowards. Find their fire. Get them going. Boost their confidence. Make them feel ten feet tall. But more than anything, play them in their proper positions would be a start.
