The number of graphs on social media... oh, you mean those ones about the ‘genocide’ in Gaza that the loony Lefties lap up before they go out for their weekly march in Londanistan, which only seems to be reported in the Islington Gazette and the Brent East Herald these days or broadcast on Twitter by useless tosspot Owen Jones. Very few gammons lap up that substanceless Hamas propaganda.

On Rightmove flats that are habitable start around £45k. My advice to anyone is to buy a property ASAP, even the cheapest studio flat. Then you're paying off your mortgage, not the landlord's.
I wouldn't want to reach retirement age still renting. Imagine being given notice to vacate when you're a pensioner.

We're going to the Philippines this Friday, will spend 3 or 4 nights in Manilla. Hull will have to wait.
Hull is far nicer than Manilla. Trust me, I know. It beggars belief the way they treat dogs in the Philippines. There are many good people out there, but many practises are simply barbaric.
