This is the sort of stuff I do. I make pretty much everything myself. The spice mix I blend myself, I have my own secret recipe, I make the sauces myself. This is my pulled pork, I’ve been told so many times it’s the best people have tasted.

My homemade Turkish salt and chilli. Very hot, but one of my favourites.

No, this was a few years ago. I did it in a pub, and in lockdown from my food trailer in my driveway. It is the sort of thing I make at home too though, especially if I have friends around, although hasn’t happened for a long time. I am supposed to be opening a place up, up here, but I am contemplating moving back down south. Big decision to make!

My specialities are lasagne and chilli con carne. Which again, I make both at home and commercially.

I have a premises up in Scotland that I was supposed to open about a year ago, but I was ill for a while so that has still not materialised. I am contemplating though moving back down and opening something up in some sort of Yorkshire location. I’m not sure what to do atm although moving away is winning atm. I’m also looking at buying a food trailer that is a barbecue with a smoker.

I’ve not had a mouse for years, I loved them! Haven’t really noticed them up here.

This is the bit of kit I’m looking at, although I’m looking at the larger version.

Yup, less meat than a rat I would say, but a little more tender. Goes great with buffalo sauce

More like a chicken wing, you hold onto the tail and then just slide the meat off with your mouth. Takes more dexterity than a wing tho
