    Yeah, but reading the reports, he's completely turned the mentality around within two games. Hibs were unbeaten at home for 16 games too. He reminds me of Poch in the speed of his work. Really, really, really feels like the one that got away.

    Yeah, agreed on both fronts. One of the comments that really struck home - "he's made them a team again, rather than a bunch of Russell Martin individuals".

    Savage may be a massive dick, but all 3 goals have been from subs he brought on. He seems to be making a decent crack at management.
