That's ****ing brilliant @Chunksafc Thank you for posting. As it happens, I think the 2 cover versions that GnR do (Live and Let Die and Sympathy for the Devil) are better than the originals but that version of Welcome to the Jungle is better than GnR! Superb stuff.
Im down a proper wormhole of ai cover versions, soul, motown, bluegrass, accoustic etc of all my favourites
Puts a different slant on the lyrics for me. Always came across as a mega agressive song but that has put a bit of a spin on it. Brilliant
Off to the Odeon Metrocentre to see 'The Boss' biopic. Will have to catch up with the Wizards afterwards.
I paid no attention to this song, back in the day, but it's wonderful ... ... if you like strings that fit the song perfectly and a voice that suits them both this is for you.
Latest from my lads band. Best yet in my opinion, I really like it. Finding a real ryhtmn with their music now, and starting to build a rep as a goos live band. Fair play, done it all themselves.
I've no idea how such a simple song can be so powerful. You'd have to listen to it twice, if you've not heard it before, before you feel the power. It's ancient now but easily better than anything in the charts now. ,
