The Football Governance Bill only passed three months ago, they’ve only just started the consultation on rules and guidance, the Wednesday situation happened far too early to be impacted by new legislation.

I may find it great when teams do badly, get relegated etc, but I wouldn’t wish this on any team, even Sheffield Wednesday!
Hopefully they get rid of this twat, & all the others like him before any team goes to the wall!
I’m still not 100% happy with Acun, we’re not too far off coming unstuck with his dodgy dealings! For now he’s doing alright, but it doesn’t take much for it all to go tits up!

That's very old news mate. Once the club is in administration he has no further say over it.

    Exactly what "dodgy dealings"?
A case of a technical administrative **** up that's led to staff being replaced so it doesn't happen again?
What else? What are the "dodgy dealings"? The club even worked hand in hand with the EFL over the past 2 or 3 years to make sure it was doing things right (other than the acknowledged **** up with Villa).
Why are some so eager to continually try to undermine the club? It's bizarre.

3 month embargo for a 'technical administrative error'. Staff being replaced so it doesn't happen again. Wonder if that's why he didn't pay them on time. Naughty staff.

As in, players in Turkey getting released early from contracts, for one thing, I don’t trust him, if he doesn’t bankrupt us, I’ll be happy, if we have success, great. But he’s dodgy, might be good at covering it up, but he’s definitely dodgy.

He was doubling down that it was all Villas fault at the Q&A, so he's acknowledged nothing. Let's see what happens with this proposed face-saving litigation. I strongly suspect nothing will.

And being concerned that what comes out of the owners mouth has little bearing on reality is not undermining the club any way. Scrutiny of those in positions of power is basic accountability. Any 'undermining' happens when the owner can't withstand said scrutiny. It's part of a democratic culture, which alongside critical thinking is something you seem to have a serious problem with.
