Yeah no ****er is throwing a smart phone As for the game, I'm not going. I'm done with putting money in SRs pocket with food and drink etc. Sadly paid for the ST in full but I'm too ****ing annoyed to bother for Sat
I'm seriously debating whether I can be arsed or not. Which probably sounds odd coming from the twat who trekked all the way up to Blackburn just 3 days ago.
Yep, will put something on later the week, usually do a match thread, which I’ll put on here.We have an 18 year old from Everton, Harrison Armstrong who will be top notch We also have for the first time in ages players with pace, have a few injuries and on Saturday or least favourite ref is in charge Matt Donohue,
I'm definitely going because no matter how **** we are, there is always a chance that Preston (whoever the opposition is) have one of those days where nothing goes for them, they can't finish their dinner and score an own goal...and I want to be there for that sweet, sweet moment where the ref blows the final whistle and Saints have actually somehow won a game.
I don’t think it’s odd at all, your commitment to take that kind of journey on along with all the other away fans and then be treated to another all too familiar sporting suicide, has my total admiration. In fact it was the first thing that came up in a post match discussion with my grandson on Saturday, like it’s bad enough seeing the final result on your phone but nothing like the total disillusionment being felt by those hundreds who paid hard earned money to travel and watch, for such a poor reward. I’m at last able to go on Saturday and have a ticket, in some sort of vain hope that at some point we might actually win a game!
Every time last season I thought about not going there was that voice in my head which said "but we might win this one!"
Just don't buy food in the stadium. It's only two hours..get pissed and fill the belly before and after
