I love that. Cureton always scored whatever he went. The enjoyment he still gets scoring goals. Over 350 in total at 24 different clubs!
I know, brilliant. I love proper goalscorers. I see Vardy scored at the weekend and celebrated with a back flip. 38 and you could see him still scoring in his forties.
We almost signed Cureton in the summer of 2007, but he went out for a sandwich and ended up at Norwich.

I think it depends on whether Hearts are able to strengthen in the transfer window, something tells me this year might be different to normal. Every once in a blue moon something happens. Celtic are appalling, which makes the Rangers situation even worse. Rangers though, were much much better, although still a long way to go. Danny Röhl was getting stuck in, very rarely away from the touchline, which Martin never did.
Both Old Firm teams appeared to be interested in him at different points. I really think he could have done a decent job in Scotland, as long as it was Rangers.

He took over Union St Gilloise in 2018 . 2023/24 they won their first Belgium cup for 110 years and last season they won their first league title in 90 . They sign players based on analytics . Hearts might well just have a good chance this season with the other 2 well off the pace .
It seems a little unlikely, but TWT. Estimated cost of £1billion and 5 years to erect? Compare that with New Wembley at £798m and 5 years. Are there enough disposable foreign workers to do this or do they plan to pile up the dead bodies to reduce costs in reaching the higher levels?
