Match Day Thread Norwich v Hull City

As people have pointed out, Norwich is usually a hard slog for us, hopefully with their form and Sergej’s new master plans, we can overcome this.

I really hope we can win this match because with better results comes increased expectation.

I think Norwich have lost every home game this season. We know what's coming don't we?

Only us our best player yet again is out for a minor niggle which we get told is nothing and he could feature to be missing for 3-4 games with no signs of return.

 

Expecting 4, would be happier with 5 and hoping for 7. Irrespective of form I just can’t get past Norwich being a bogey team for us.

 

Expecting same as me, but nothing to do with Norwich being a bogey team. The past is pretty irrelevant. Simply that we're really getting killed with injuries, especially in terms of attacking threat. It's gonna start to tell I fear.

 

We really never have any luck in that department.

 

Just got to wondering. Our 2 play off promotions as to whether we had a good run of fit players.

 

we very rarely win at Norwich our last win there was under nigel Pearson' I think I will be making the trip up on Saturday morning, can't see many travelling with it been a early kick off, city has returned over 700 tickets to Norwich

 

That would be interesting. Also be interesting to look at where we may have ended up other seasons had we had some luck in that department (although I understand that’s hard to predict, but did injuries hamper our promotion chances).

Remembering back to the 2007/2008 season we seemed to put the same squad out most games.

 

I thought Joseph was poor on Saturday, I don’t think he offered much at all in attack and even his pressing was a bit lacklustre.

Destan didn’t offer much hope when he came on either. We are desperately short up top, and with no Millar, I think we are starting to look very thin in attack. Need to pull a rabbit out the bag this weekend.

 

I think Joseph is a good league 1 player. I think we need someone more experienced in.

 

We played 1 FA Cup game and 3 League Cup games, so essentially 50 games.
