Hard disagree, ai music is pretty much all I listen to these days. You can make it generate whatever you want exactly to your tastes.

You and I might not like a certain artist but nobody deserves to have their work stolen and fed through AI.

You could, of course, learn to play an instrument and make your own music.

Now call me a curmudgeonly old Luddite if you like (I've been called worse - I once grew a beard which I thought made me look whimsical and somewhat intellectual, until walking through town one day, 2 young lasses hollered at me '****in' 'ell, it's Peter Sutcliffe'), but what does AI actually do, except this type of ****e, make videos of President-Kings ****ting on their subjects and write pompous articles on any subject of your choosing which are 95% factually accurate and 5% alarmingly and dangerously wrong?

And why does it need so much power that having is own Sun would be very convenient indeed, thank you, to run it?

And getting somewhat philosophical, in what sense can intelligence exist separate to a consciousness which is self-aware of its own ability to recognise the parameters of defining what that intelligence might be?

    Eh?

    AI?

    I've **** it.

    I'm the Daddy now.

I can proficiently play guitar, piano and drums.

And other pointless **** like recorders, triangles, didgeridoos etc.

I’m also proficient with cubase and know how to record and produce. I got a Btec distinction in music production.

    Ai uses cloud computing

The processing power needed to even run a simple query when using an ai prompt cant be ran on a standard computer apart from older models and even then its verrrry slow
It needs to combine thousands of very expensive processing units typically made by nvidia
Which uses a unprecedented amount of energy to run
    And as a big byproduct

Generates an insane amount of heat
Which needs to be cooled or theyll fail
