Looks as if we are playing for a 2:1 defeat; are we worried it might be worse?

Two consecutive bad defeats, both against very average to poor opponents - not good

Full time, how much more evidence of failure does Knapper need?

Another defeat, Manning has got to go.
He makes a good decision in 1st half to play 2 up top.
We equalise and then he reverts back to 5 at the back, and takes The Sarg off.
    Clueless

Protect him for the new manager

That’s indicative of a playing squad who have given up on the manager IMO

We are basically bottom of the league given Wednesday will probably disappear

Where do I start. Our passing is terrible beyond belief for highly paid upper (at the moment) echelon players. Momentum is so turgid. There is no urgency in any attack. Can all the faults be laid at the managers feet? Well, if you to 2-1 down and promptly take off your main striker when the only other strike option is clearly getting fatigued, then most certainly. Emiliano should never play for us again. Any ability he has ever had has clearly evaporated. How can LM survive. Relegation would cost a lot more than paying him off.

Didn’t watch today thinking that might change results. Listening to Connor form the PinkUn apparently Sargent had been ill in the week and that’s why he was withdrawn.

More importantly Connor confirmed that there is external auditors coming in to look at the fitness/physio department in an attempt to sort the issues out

Did you see Sargent's face? I don't believe that for a moment.

Good. And they should interview all the players in private about the fitness regiment. Remember when CamJam was here? I believe he blamed one or more of the exercises for his back problems (that could be my imagination, but I think that's what happened.)

I hope the injury situation isn't being used too much to defend Manning internally. It's not great but other managers in recent memory have had much worse.

We've had great availability from Sargent, Kovacevic, Darling, etc. A LB would be nice, Crnac/Diallo being available would help, and a stronger bench might help change games, but it's not the worst injury crisis we've seen. 8/11 of that starting XI are probably first choice?

Thorup lost Sargent for months, and had to give George Long 12 games.

Amazed Manning is still in the job. Your board will have to dig deep to remove and replace him.
As I have said many times he is clueless and one dimensional you are bottom of the championship.
The players you have it should not be the case.

Hopefully he has realised the financial implications of relegation - an unknown concept in American sport - and the fact that the game is not just part of a day out in a food, drink, shopping and entertainment splurge as it is in America. If he hasn't realised that then I fear that his visit is to take steps to protect his investment with all the dangers that brings.
