Went for a Thai last night, new place up in Mumbles. Bloody lovely. Just had mixed platter of starters to share with Mrs Chief and I had red curry duck, she had yellow curry chicken. Mates had same platter, and green and red curry chicken. Superb. Done properly, Thai is probably up there as a favourite.
Yes, they had a Polish sausage that I really like and it's also what is recommended for jambalaya if you can't (and you really can't) get andouille sausage.
I don't think I've ever had a good Thai, I've only ever been to chains though like Giggling Squid and I've never enjoyed..
