7 points in a week. After our run of 5 aways out of 7 that's more than anyone would have predicted. Half our team have never played at this level, our only proven goalscorer hasn't played yet. Glass half full for me. Will be completely full soon.

I didn’t say they were the two best sides in the league. I know you enjoy winding me up, But it is not working. Keep trying though.

A away point is always a good point, as the old saying goes.

I didn't watch the TV coverage, and it is a bit frustrating reading on this thread that we had chances to win the game.
But a quarter of the season in, 6th place and 19 points is decent.
We're on target for 60 points this season; good consolidation - albeit there's a long way to go.

FFS i didn’t say that Hull were one of the two best sides in the Championship. Read my post again.

What a great fighting display. I thought this game would be a step too far for us. But we now have players on the bench who can change a game. We have played two of the best teams in the Championship away from home and we have got 4 points. Well done to the lads and to Jones.
    *******
    The table suggests otherwise.

I don’t care what the table says. Ipswich were a Premiership side last season, we were a League one side. Hull is always a difficult game away from home.

Let's not go down that road again.

    Quite right.

You posted that the teams we have just played were two of the best - not the two best.
Two of the best to most people would mean mean two of perhaps the best five or six.
    That's an arguable case.
But it is not something that is clearly wrong.

And yes, you are definitely being wound up.
Try not to take it personally though, it just happens to be your turn today.

I was wound up a few weeks ago, merely for suggesting that if Millwall fans were held in the Jimmy Seed stand after our game against them, they might cannibalise parts of the structure to build an airship, and then float above SE7 dropping bombs made of poo on helpless Charlton supporters below.

A perfectly reasonable possibility in my opinion :emoticon-0138-think

I clearly meant NOT the two best but two of the best. I should have specified the number of clubs I was talking about. I am so sorry @ElfsborgAddick for any confusion I might have created. Ipswich were a Premiership side last Season and Hull last season finished just outside the playoffs. Time to go.

The table suggests Millwall are a fantastic team challenging strongly for automatic promotion.
I assume you would disagree with that suggestion.

    It's all about opinions.
But it did seem a bit unfair that what @Dick Plumb1 posted earlier was being misread.

Hull and Ipswich are usually very tough to beat - or even get a point against - at home.
We've done well to get 4 points in total off them

Most of us can agree on that I think.
