I've really tried to support Will, because I really wanted it to work. But it's not, and those subs were even more horrendous than the horrendous subs he's been making before. He's out of his depth. Ah come off it mate, how can you not put the players at fault too. Every week I read on here how crap, McCarthy, Bazunu, Stephens, Manning, THB, Quarshie, Downes, Downs, Archer and even to an extent Stuart before he scored, to name but a few. Yes, Still should be getting more out of the players and tactics need to be better but if our team was that good, we wouldn't be moaning our ****ing faces off each week at them.
We all knew we'd lose. Its a mentality thing. You need belief to win a game of football. Need a proper manager. Out of his depth is putting it mildly
Yeah we have some average players and some bad ones. We’ve also got some excellent ones (for this level). Even most of those you named have proven themselves in this league before. All of our players just turned crap overnight? There must be some common denominator.

It's a mix of different things, poor form becoming the norm, players who just down tools or know they're in the first team so don't bother, poor management. I really struggle to think of the excellent players. I would struggle to call any new player excellent, the form is far too erratic. What doesn't help is constantly getting rid of your excellent players. Because you end up with a soulless football club and that is exactly what we are. We have been completely stripped of any and all identity. I couldn't tell you how we play, I couldn't tell you how we're ran as a football club. We used to be buy low and sell high, now it's buy at average price and offload at the first potential money sign. If selling Matty Fernandes after ONE good season and Tyler Dibling, a 19 year old academy graduate forcing his way out after not even hitting form, wasn't a red flag for you all then you eyes must be glued shut. We have already been ran into the ground.

I said on the WS Out thread that we needed a dinosaur. I'd take any dinosaur right now. Someone has to get a grip of the ****ing basics.
I think our squad is more than capable at this level, with the only position lacking a decent centre forward. We have enough quality throughout the team to be in a better position than 20th in the league. Yes we have missed a ton of chances and seem to lack confidence but when things go against us we seem to crumble and crumble very quickly. I don't think WS helps the team whatsoever, neither does he instil any confidence, he compounds this with some absolutely absurd decisions. D Downs was on the bench today so when Archer went off why didn't he replace him with Downs? If he thinks he's not good enough why have him on the bench in the first place? Scienza for Stephens was just complete amateurish clutching at straws nonsense. When Stephens came on he didn't even go into a back 4 or 3 but was told to play in midfield where he didn't know what to do, who to mark and what position to take up. That is 100% on WS. That game was completely winnable but WS chose to turn the team into complete Chaos. Out of his depth and SR must realise this!
