Plays him every single game, no rest. Now he puts him in midfield by himself. It’s things like that that cause hamstring injuries.
I had such high hopes for Still, it's such a shame it hasn't worked out. But the players have played a massive part in where we are this season as well.
Pellegrino bringing Yoshida on for a forward with about half an hour to play vs Watford, when we were playing well but only one goal up, was probably the worst sub I can recall before today. There's no defending what Still decided to do today.
Feels like we're cursed. Sometimes fate has it's own momentum, and there's nothing you can do but roll with the blows and wait for the tide to finally turn.
By all means substitute an attacking player with a defender when you are 2-0 with time running down, but when you are playing as badly as the other team with only one goal in it that's just ridiculous.
Only way SR come out of this with any respect is sacking this c*nt. Can’t believe how negative he is.
I mean, I know we had Jander, Downes, Fellows all out with sickness... but losing 2-1 from a winning position against the team second bottom is dire
Absolutely pathetic. I was willing to give him this run of games before the international break. But this performance alone has been unacceptable against an awful team and there are no signs that things are going to get any better. He doesn't seem to have a clue.
There is no defence for WS nor SR. Sorry has to go by whatever means. We need a Dyche type pragmatic experienced mgr to stabilise this club.
They would quickly lose that because you can guarantee whoever they appoint next will be no improvement whatsoever.
