No, concussion protocols in place, might be ready for Everton according to RLB.

    REGIS LE BRIS PRE CHELSEA
    BY SOPHIE EVERETT-CROSBY

    https://www.a-love-supreme.com/post/gaffer-pre-chelsea

    HIGH PROFILE SIGNINGS & BARGAINS

“You can’t solve everything with money. I think you need money to be competitive in the market but after that, you have to develop your own expertise according to the profile you need, the identity you have as a club and I think the recruitment structure worked really well to find these profiles. The connection early in the season went really well and we felt that the personalities and profiles fit really well with what we wanted.”

    ESTABLISHED TEAMS ARE STRUGGLING

“I think every season you can struggle and face different challenges so it’s probably too early to say that these teams will struggle the whole season. We still have thirty games to play, so it’s a long way, we’ll see.”

    HOME VS AWAY

“It’s a bit strange because in every league in the world its always something which is accepted, you’ll be stronger at home rather than away. But it is still football, it’s still eleven against eleven, and we don’t know exactly what is behind the scenes to explain this idea. So, it is obvious to say that the energy of the crowd helps the squad through different moments. When we are strong, it was the case in the first half against Wolves for example, we felt this extra drive. We won’t have this same level of support away but I think its important to keep the mindset of proactivity, so we’ll try to be stronger away. We have won once, which for a promoted side is not too bad, and we drew once as well. Now, we have a tough challenge at Chelsea so it’s more about the opponent now and it will be a good test.”

That’s a shame. We’ve got cover like but we need our best defenders games like this.

Some of these big away games, competing, avoiding a hammering and retaining confidence is still positive

Once again, great thread @RTB mate

Here we go ,one of the in form big boys away from home and I can't wait.

I reckon we can definitely frustrate Chelsea if we keep our defensive shape and play on the break. Time for Wilson to shine in an away fixture, hopefully Enzo can reignite their relationship and break the lines with precision passing through the Chelsea defence.

Im going for a 1-1 hard fought point, Wilson to score his first premiership away goal....HTL ⚽️

This one is a bit like Man U for me, we're not expected to get anything but we will give it a bloody good go.

Thankyou as always RTB. Realistically one we put to the set of games we accept as ones we will lose throughout the season. However , we’ve been expected to be thrashed at Chelsea in the past and come back with 3 pts. - so still hoping. As long as we don’t get slaughtered , the learning will be invaluable, I will gladly accept that - the only downside is that the mags will be straight in with the “ easy start over you are crap” rhetoric.

The home supporters wouldn’t expect an easy game against Arsenal or City but, if they’re not beating us by half-time, they’ll go quiet and start mumbling …

… once they start pushing on we can fire a few balls up the wings and through for Isidor.

Brighton won there, so can we …

… Ha’way the Lads, 2-0 with Xhaka and Ballard!!!

May 1968 we unexpectedly win at Man Utd whilst mags lose at home to uniteds neighbours city. Today away to Chelsea , mags host Chelsea’s neighbours. If Carlsberg can do repeats of history , today please !

He's tinkering again like he did at Man Utd, doesnt give me warm fuzzy feelings. Interested to see how Geetruida gets on and what his role is though.
