I’m venturing out of my bedroom for this one.
Birmingham has been a bit of a bogey side recently. Let’s hope we bury the ghost tomorrow. COYRs!!

If he is injured, then opportunity knocks for one of the others. If he starts with Sincs, who does his job in the last 10-15 mins. If he starts with Fally, he’s unlikely to be at the pace of the game having barely played this season. He could start with Cornick I suppose, but he’s barely played either.

A left field shout for me, what about Ross or Sykes up top

Another instance of Tinnion and cos failure in the summer window to get a back up striker for Struber.
1 step forward held back by the incompetent Tinnion.

Spot on Redprintt and it's about time he left us as I really think most of our personnel issues went across his desk for approval, or whatever. When you consider the players that left us for pastures new bringing us in a tidy sum of moolah why did we not re-invest that money on decent talent and not other team's rejects and League One hopefuls? I almost get the impression that our staff in charge of transfers can't look beyond the pound signs towards the future because I can only surmise they truly believe in miracles without having to actually do something. Remind who the last player was that actually improved the position that they were hired to cover in the last 5 years? Is there such a beast?

I think Cornick is injured as well,

edit - I believe it was a serious case of SIA (splinter in arse), apparently just like Pring, they made a mistake with Cornick’s operation. He now won’t be available for selection, to be able to sit on the bench for 99 minute’s, until after Christmas <laugh><laugh>

I’m not defending Tinnion, he should have been shown the door after the Sinc, Mayulu fiasco, but you can’t criticise him for not invested the moolah we’ve had come in, without giving him some credit for helping create that moolah in the first place, by bringing players In and selling them at a profit.

Let’s just say I’m leaving my predictions for today’s game until I’ve seen the team sheet, because if Riis is out we’re in trouble imo

Big time we will fall like a lead stone- the joys of a powder-puff front line.

Are we though? When was the last time he scored? We have 2 players amongst the highest scorers in the division, and he isn’t one of them. He started the season really well, but I feel his performances have dropped off a lot in the last month.

I agree about his scoring, although he has scored 4, which is only one less than Anis, and Scott, it’s more about his clever play and running off the ball. He creates space for others to utilise, whilst Sinc has done well recently I don’t think he holds either a goal threat, or a football brain to create space for others.

I agree, Sincs is very good at running channels and harassing defences into making mistakes. However, he's not a team player, he's very selfish, which ruins the good spaces he creates, and when he's not selfish, his final ball simply hasn't been good enough.

We have 2 players amongst the highest in the division because of Riis.

Not sure I fully agree with that, he wasn’t involved in any of the goals v Saints, and wasn’t even on the pitch for 2 of them.
This goes back to my point, in the first 2 months of the season he was affecting games and scoring and providing assists as you say (directly or indirectly), I don’t feel he is doing that so much of late.

    Fair enough.
I feel Anis is playing in a different role because of Riis, as for Twine I think he's much fitter this season, he's doing so much more running. Have you noticed the opposition don't seem to foul anywhere near the box ?
