Brentford results st home are good. Brentford have got more solid at the back. This is a major challenge. I want to see aggression in the play. I want to see eplauers right up behind their opponents to deny time to turn. I want to see people blocking cross and not standing off letting people play easy passes into our box. Im sick of seeing that kind of ****e. Be agressive. Press well from the front, keep the lines together and then make actual contact with man or ball to stop moves. You dont come from 19 yards cleaning someone oit if you are onto their back the second they get it. Bundle them over if you must but be there. Dropping 10 yards off like a coward is no good. Last night we say Szoboszlai run into Jones to go at the man Jones had and it left their plauer free as a bird to pass. And ****ing Robertson still dropped off his man rather than get in his grid and make a block. Cut that ****e out and we've a half chance to do something. We will have to wait and see who is available now.
Just play the same attack if we can. If Isak is out, play Chiesa (we all know it'll be Salah regardless)
Chiesa been voted player of the month for September. Voted by the fans and speaks volumes imo Genuinely, can't recall a non-srarter winning this before either
Marmadashvilli (confirmed) Bradley (unless slot wants the sack) Konate Vvd Kerkez (likely) Macallister (must start) Szoboszlai (must be cm not rb) Wirtz (likely) Gakpo (must start) Ekitike (must start) Salah (shouldn't but will) Jones and chiesa as the options. Likely to see no width and brentford walking through us.unless we are agressive in our work
Brentford likely to play similar to United, long balls and win the knock downs and play from there plus focus on set pieces.
