I'm not sure if its rumour or an article that has picked up traction but there is widespread reporting on social media that plans are being made to replace Manning - no matter the results this week.

Front runners mentioned:

• Mark Robins - Currently at Stoke and doing well, has a release clause in his contract.
• Gary O'Neil - Unattached
• Danny Rohl - Unattached but rumoured to be close to accepting the Rangers job
• Michael Carrick - Unattached

 

Nottingham Forest have appointed former Burnley and Everton boss Sean Dyche as their new manager.

The 54-year-old Englishman, who has signed a contract to run until the summer of 2027, becomes the Forest's third different boss this season.

Dyche succeeds Ange Postecoglou, who lasted just 39 days and was sacked 17 minutes after Saturday's 3-0 defeat by Chelsea in the Premier League.

 

Rohl has already signed at Rangers. Are there any rumours/articles about plans to replace Knapper?

I'd have Farke back in a heartbeat.

 

I would welcome him back, but I don't think he would want to come. He was made the scapegoat last time.

 

Sheffield Wednesday have entered Administration and have been given a 12 point deduction, we are due to play them, away on 5th November
