Will this be the one that makes the FA and EFL realise that something has to change? It's almost impossible to run a football club and not run up debt.

 

why?

disliking a club makes beating them even better

them disappearing completely is just ****..

all is takes is one bad owner and it can happen to us..

Seriously hope they don’t disappear. A dip down a few divisions won’t hurt though.

Annoyingly they'll probably be all galvanised playing for their shirts by the time we play them.

 

Recall they did similar a few season back. Lost their first 8 game, or so & then played us. It was inevitable.

 

As delusional and entitled as their fan base is, this is not good news.

It's the same as with City when the Allam's scooped us up. There is virtually zero chance of them getting wound-up and if they did, they'd soon be back in the 92.

Remember hearing the news when Hull City went into administration, the first club to do so and
it was heartbreaking. So as much as I have no love for Sheffield Wednesday or their fans I do have some sympathy for the position they find themselves in. Just shows we are all one bad owner away from oblivion, although I'm sure Wednesday will rise again, and hope they do.
Remember City playing at home to Halifax midweek after a similar announcement a couple of days earlier and our crowd doubled to 8,000, we won the game and Boothferry Park felt like Wembley on Cup Final day. So from adversity comes a togetherness, sometimes.

 

I'll wager the stadium will belong to Chansiri and won't be part of this.
