    Match Preview;
    Fresh from a very fruitful trip to South Wales, we next make the trip up north to Derby, to face a Derby County side who won on Tuesday night, beating Norwich 1-0. That ended a run of five games without a win, when they lost two either side three 1-1 draws in a row. They currently sit 19th, having won 2, drawn 5 and lost 4 so far this season. Since taking over the club, former R's caretaker manager, John Eustace, has led Derby to 8 wins, 9 draws and 10 losses, a record that was good enough to secure their Championship survival last season, and sees them sit 3 points above the relegation zone as it stands. Their top scorer is Carlton Morris, with four goals so far.

    As for us, our win last night has really put us in and amongst the top pack, as we sit in 8th, level on 18 points with all the clubs from 5th, and only 2 points behind 3rd placed Millwall. Our top scorer is Kone, with 4 goals, closely followed now by Rumarn Burrell on 3. It was also good to see Chair back in action last night, although a shame he wasn't able to finish the one good chance he had, but one hopes he'll get back into the swing of things asap. Another win on Saturday and we'll certainly move up at least one place as Hull (7th) are hosting Charlton (5th).

    Team news and manager comments to go up when on the official site, enjoy if you are making the trip up north, and as always...COME ON YOU SUPER HOOPSA!!!

    Another one to remember was last season's 4-0 home win, a rough night for Eustace...

    Every time we play Derby I’m told about that 5-1 at the Baseball Ground. Some of you who remember rationing were probably there.

    A delightful 4-2 win there under Magilton on BBC for some reason. Free t-shirts given to the crowd hurled onto the pitch.

    At Pride Park in 2019, one of the away crew had a QPR shirt with number 14 on the back and KEOGH…. Very funny

    One of my favourite comebacks was against them. 2.nil down, and Agymang scores pretty much at FT. The ref allows time over the allocated ET and Mackie slots home for the draw. Maybe 2010 - 11.

    Anyway, it's my birthday today, so another win in this week will add icing to the Guiness Chocolate Cake! COYRss!

    Wasn't that the Warnock promotion season - maintained our unbeaten start and made us believe that something special might be happening?

    Happy birthday

    Yes. Perhaps Agyemang and Leon Clarke’s finest hour.

    Derby now have their own Patrick Agyemang. No relation and apparently quite good.
