Yup, seriously mate as I've said many times on here, get the detention centres built and make the families pay for their upkeep within them centres. Those that can't pay for their upkeep, make them toil for it. We need to start getting tough on this ****. If you don't deal with it, it just morphs into bigger social problems. These people lack discipline so time to start dishing some out, Chinese style. We've become way to soft and people are taking the piss.
I have mentioned before on here but the crime description "anti social behaviour" really pisses me of. Smashing windows and kicking peoples fences in is "criminal damage" that costs people money therefore should be charged as such.
Take a life deliberately, should mean he’s never released. Preferably a public hanging to send a message out.
As much I'd like to see them pay for it, the trouble is that a lot of folk on benefits would just be plunged into even more poverty and it would probably turn them to even more crime. I think people should be given sentences where they are made to work to pay off the equivalent damage. So if you smash up a pub and cause 20k worth of damage, then you're on a work programme for a year. There's plenty of jobs that need doing in this country. If you don't turn up, then stop their benefits completely. If you already work, then absolutely deduct the cost from their wages, even if it's £50 per week for the next however many years it takes to pay it off.
