Are you saying they are tax avoiders which is legal or or evaders which is illegal. Do you not think the foreign owners will not do the same or even worse take the tax to their home country. The whole tax system could do with throwing in the bin and starting again with a clean slate
We're all supposed to be part of society and the vast majority pay their dues. Avoiding huge amounts of tax, by the likes of JCB, may be legal but that doesn't mean it's not immoral. I think it is poor from some people, you may disagree.
That's the current tax system in all major countries in the world, I said above it needs starting from scratch. You quoted jcb, do they pay their fair tax, what is fair tax???, 100% tax on all money more than the lowest earnings. I have invested money in stocks and share whereas people who earned same as me lost it on horses and other betting, should I give most of my profits to them because they wasted it, because of this and the last government you can only make 3k profit even if you have been saving for 10 years +, which could be less than inflation.
