Totally agree. It's the person at the top (no pun intended) who has to keep the ship afloat, shoulder the blame and be ruthless when necessary. If those below aren't performing then they have to improve or go. If Topp can't be that person then he has to appoint someone who is or he has to go.

I was taught as a kid not to let a long ball bounce but Faes does it time and again. The amount of space we gave Hull players was unreal. The two Hull goal scorers were both unmarked. A pitiful first half, which only improved with the introduction of Ramsey and Monga. We looked a complete shambles in that first half.
