I think it will be diffucult for Still if we do not beat Sheff Wed at home. We will get a performwnce at Blackburn.

In my opinion there will be two changes in January. I believe they will bid for another striker and can see the likes of Downes and Archer being binned off to pay for this. Loaning our Downs might also be on the cards.

The second change i can see happening is that i think we will bring someone alongside Still to help him. I cannot see Still being sacked unless we drop into the relegation zone. The current project needs patience.

 

A crazy golf voucher?

 

The Gabbiadini song being sung at about 60% of away games triggers me in a ridiculously unhealthy way. Feels like I've been going on about it for over a year.

League one again ole ole was also genuinely embarrassing, which I think is a massively overused word in football but I actually was embarrassed by it. Was fine singing it the second half of last season but ridiculous singing it in October this.

First song after 2-1 being down being 'wash your mouth out son' was another low point too.

Our away support is genuinely pathetic now. Worst I can ever remember it. Far too middle class and not enough spite and edge to it.

 

Bristol City are 4th now. Sorry but they were really, really meh.

This league is such a poor standard. Just get a football guy in charge. Even Gerrard would turn us around.

Of course it's not Still who is missing chances or who is giving the ball away. He's not a player. So when considering Still, we surely need to look at what he's offering as a manager. And that very much includes his use of players, both from the start and from the bench. Finn Azaz has played 10 minutes of football in two matches.

Singing about ex-players is for when you’re winning and taking the piss. Not for when you’re being beaten by a sh*t team.

 

Saw Tom and Lincs in the concourse and was talking about how much I hated the Gabbiadini song and it literally got sung about 30 seconds later

Have to laugh or else I'll cry lol. Ex players should only be an end of season think generally imo. Gabbiadini isn't even a legend FFS.

On your mention of Westwood I was saying to someone earlier that I'm absolutely dreading the trip to Fratton in January. We're mentally weak as piss and getting forced onto a bus like a criminal 4 hours before a game to watch us get a hiding isn't going to be fun.

 

It could be considered a slight against the current squad. What would we give for Fonte, Gabbiadini or Long now?

Still is out of his depth, but I really don’t want another manager change. But I’m not sure we have much choice. This system is ****ing terrible and we look so bad.

Equally, what manager in world football can get a team with such bad strikers and goalkeepers to win games consistently?

It seems unthinkable for us to be flirting with relegation but things are severely broken inside the club, at all levels. We are lucky there are some genuinely terrible teams in the league the season.
