    Get's my vote, means more.

Imagine spending all that money on talent and letting an old workhorse do that against you. He's like a donkey been put out to graze but still delivers at the important times. The Villa goal is all a bit meh, ok if you are an Arsenal fan obsessed with Spurs, but otherwise completely meaningless, might as well change this thread to non league goals oooft, don't lower this thread to those standards bro, it'll end up like the Gooners board on here, dead!

why would it be pain, it was quite pleasant to watch the donkey getting one over Liverpool and at Anfield. You are just a bitter North London fan, no room for that sad state on here....even ****ing Sucky has disappeared since Maguire did that to them, worth way more than what Villa have to offer to any normal fan,

Man United opened the door for everyone at the top, I can see why Arsenal fans might not like that.

Slabz goal was the best for Bantz especially as it was so late in the game, and because of the ****e Pool fans (and everybody gives Slabz)

Rogers goal against Spurs was the better goal and more deserving of the Oooft title.

But I can appreciate both you see :)

The Villa goal was a good goal, but it's just the value behind that Maguire goal, everyone confident now they are in with a chance, door opened, Liverpool not going to run away with it. Arsenal are not seen as a threat, just bottlers, so keep the pace, we all know how this ends.

If Liverpool had won, it would be another boring season, and having to cheer on Arsenal, dark days when that happens.

I think this thread needs a poll that can be edited weekly, I might have to create a few socks mind.

Yeah I'd already worked out your motivation <laugh>

I agree the Slabz goal has better bantz value

Depends what the Oooft thread is about I suppose, quality of goals or bantz value ?

I made more of an ooft-esque sound for the Rogers goal than Maguire’s. Strikes from distance especially against the run of play are ooft-y IMO. It’s important.

It was definitely the more Ooofty of the two

The sound of the net rippling to the backdrop of the spurs fan's silence was an added bonus

The great thing about the award is it’s open to interpretation. Like when they scandalously gave Arsenal goal of the month for a tap-in.

To reiterate, it’s important and I have faith in the panel to give the matter due consideration.

Arsenal are looking good tbph, Liverpool just totally cocked up the transfer window, **** knows what Slot is playing at.

I'm still not convinced with City, it all depends if Haaland can keep delivering with no Rodri (injured) or De Bruyne anymore. I'm sure he can, but I'm still not seeing it clicking like a masterpiece yet, despite individuals looking promising, they need to gel better, be a bit more slick.

Got part eye on Bournemouth but just can't see them going the full distance on a budget of 11k crowds.

We've got a much deeper squad this season, so where we've fallen away before by losing key players to injury, we now have decent back up.

We've already had, Havertz, Saka, Saliba, Odegaard, White, Madueke out this season and it's not disrupted our flow. But we need to prove we can do it all season, not just for 3/4 of a season.

I agree that Liverpool overcooked it in the transfer window, for me it was either Ekitike or Isak. And Wirtz at £125m looks like a joke.

As for City, all the while Halaand is banging them in, they will always be a threat.

Bournemouth were my tip for dark horses this season, I think they'll push for a European spot but it's a big ask for a club like you say who operate on small budget with a small stadium.

To be fair, that was a beautiful tap in.

I think we all know that the panel isn't going to be choosing that goal against Spurs, but that will just further cement it's Ooftness.
