    Indeed. By 'English Leagues' I did not automatically mean the Prem.

    Celtic should play in Ireland. We definitely don’t want them in England, thanks.,

    I don’t have a problem with Glaswegians supporting them, just the thousands who travel a long way to support the team of their own religion. If they'd support their local team Scottish football would be a lot healthier. They also come from Northern Ireland to follow Rangers, and the Republic to follow Celtic. They both bring their political banners nahadays. Rangers fans had one at Kilmarnock when I was there in February. I don't think it's the Glaswegians who are the problem.

    One thing we do know for certain is that we don’t want religion in English football.

    One of the reasons the SPL has never developed commercially is the vile sectarianism, which puts off sponsors, and rightly so.

    We saw what happens last week when foreign religion (Islam) intrudes on our football with the Aston Villa case, and it wasn’t pretty.

    As an aside, religion has never interested me, but I have found many of the biggest hypocrites & bigots in life to be religious.

    Not religious myself these days (was raised C of E) but I find it helpful to follow - or at least aspire to follow - a simple set of rules for personal conduct that have come down to us from our pre-Christian past; The Ten Commandments.
    Even if my lack of religious faith means I can't really observe the first two, I still think the other eight are helpful to live by if possible.

    SFA Has always turned a blind eye. Most of them support one or other of the 2. Uefa has fined Celtic, makes no difference. Jock Stein must be spinning in his grave. He kept a lid on it, but was treated abominably by Celtic when he retired. After Sir Bob Kelly died Stein got frozen out. Didn't matter that he won the European Cup. He was the wrong religion.

    They have changed their offer too.

    Mrs Royston has one. You used to be able to get 5 drinks per day for £25 a month.

    Now they have fiddled it to a couple of drinks a day, at half price I believe.

    @ElfsborgAddick

    Spoons in Fulham today - a pint of Carlsberg £2.80.

    The same pint, in any other club in the area, £6.50 - £7.50.

    Cheapest pint - Amstel - £6.80

    That's bad news.

    I had one for about three years from about 2019, as you say, five drinks and they could be any, I used to love a white filter, forget all the much you can get.

    The food in Pret is top notch though tbf. Not like the plastic s*** you can get in other places, particularly in Nero's<yikes>
