Leicester have been dreadful second half. To backup what I was saying earlier about wins vs defeats the skates have lost more games than us but are above us in the league. They've had quite a tough run of fixtures too. All the relegated sides and wba away plus boro at home. They play Coventry and Stoke in their next two so hopefully an opportunity to get back above them. ****s.
Yeah I'm not saying otherwise. I was just having a discussion on the match fred earlier about the merits of saying only 2 losses in 10 vs only 2 wins in 10 and pointing out that they're above us despite losing more times.
I'm not too hung up about league position at this early stage, you can climb the table very quickly with so many 3 game weeks. Five points off of the play-offs as it stands. I think that we are 4 points behind Martin's team of 2 years ago.
Generally agree but I'd prefer to be above the skates still lol. Like I say a good opportunity for that this week.
This is the current form of the top 6. Not exactly setting the world alight. Now Saints are clearly underperforming points-wise, but are only 5 points off the top 6. Yeah it's not ideal, but also, it's not as disastrous as many seem to think.
Yeah, it's a very tight league right now, and likely will be until the "bigger" clubs (ie, those with more squad depth and resources) start finding their feet. None of them really have so far, bar Coventry.
I thought Portsmouth would be the surprise team this season. They have done well but they do have one of the best coaches in the league. I can seem them falling to pieces if Mousinho leaves. Can ultimately see him at a Prem club.
