Maybe. I would argue that is an opinion, not a fact. But, people are fully entiled to opinions - and that is what forums like this are for. It's when people make it "fact" and then make disparaging remarks to those who don't conform that it becomes toxic. So just keep it balanced is all I'm saying.

Indeed. Look at Ange, Amorim, etc. Some just click but many fail in the short term. Fergie failed in the short term, but was given time that wouldn't be afforded nowadays. Supposedly the greatest manager of the PL era are now he wouldn't have lasted a season.
