Would like to see Traore as an impact sub… not as a starter. Pleased Reinildo will be back, I think he completes our defence… but given what fixtures we have coming up.. what a result that was

I just said the same to someone about Traore. We’re definitely a bit short of quality out wide.

I’m sure we’ll have looked at other players who were what we needed in the squad …

… but not right for us if they don’t buy into the team spirit.

Still say we used least half of the squad that got us promotion wed be wolves no way we'd have 14 points the team now compared to lady season chalk & cheese

Cracking win. Could have been more comfortable with a dominant 1st half performance. Invited pressure 2nd half but coped pretty well a couple of nervy moments but ill happily take the 3 points. Nordi takes the plaudits but I thought Le Fee was outstanding today also. Anyway we move on to a big 6 pointer with Chelsea next week.:emoticon-0136-giggl:emoticon-0103-cool:.
Let's enjoy it while we can.

Xhaka is the embodiment of that team spirit in my opinion. Guiding, cajoling, encouraging and then adding that little bit of know how that makes the difference that matters. You can see why he captained a team that won a very strong league in Germany.

Man that defensive unit is something special, whoever put that together is a genius.

Thought it was a fairly even game but no doubt the best team won. Our first was fantastic looking forward to the highlights.

Arsenal have managed one shot at Fulham with 70% possession, Leeds lost at Burnley with the same amount. Everton had one shot on target at Man City and Newcastle only had one before they scored …

… dunno what the point of all that is but I suspect there is one <laugh>

Agree for us watching but the defence never panicked and coped admirably. Every player seems so composed.

A couple of points before I have my tea

Loved the bit when Rigg charged back and won the goal kick - Nordi was applauding him from the half way line - nice touch
Xhaka taking no crap from their number 4

How much did we ger Nordi and Alderete for - what a bargain

Although they had possession they didn't really hurt us - I just was half expecting a goal (too long watching us)

    Massive win though

Only slight disappointment was Traore but he may take time
