More arguments on the way I bet:

Robbie Evan’s our new Director who says we maxed out our PSR spending in the summer, has basically been called out by a football finance expert. Most of what he said at the time made no sense and Williams the expert says Leeds have headroom and it’s known that a couple of deadline day deals didn’t happen (Spertsyan was one we know about and Wilson) he says Leeds didn’t have the same headroom as Sunderland but not far off them so around £150m could have been spent especially when it’s the end of the season before you know your league position which determines how much of the £150m you get back. There is also the money on hand in the bank too that goes into the calculation and then of course revenues from sponsors, endorsements, food and drink, ticket sales, superstore etc. so the feeling is that Leeds will be back in the January window.

Will Leeds do business in January?

FSG or Fenway Sports Group this week celebrate 15 years of owning Liverpool FC. Anyone remember the statements from John W Henry about the plan to get Liverpool back to the glory days again. Well not really until 5 years ago before a title and a couple of League Cups and an FA Cup slowly came in and under Klopp with Benitez just before. Slot now doing his own thing after changing the Klopp era. The big take from this though is it’s taken a minimum of ten years for a club who never really had financial issues to get things going again. So between 10-15 years, how long will it take the 49ers to get Leeds back to where it belongs? Can they?

I have been saying for a while how unhappy Andy Gray and Richard Cresswell are with Farke. I have also stated that their boss Hayden Evans a long time season ticket holder is fuming. The norm for our top academy kids (ones we want) is that as soon as they hit 17 they sign their first professional contract that has previously been agreed. Harry Gray was 17 last week and no sign of signing his contract? Harry also closed all his social media accounts on Wednesday of this week. Adam Pope and Graham Smyth have been panicking and gone to the club for answers where they have been told not to panic Harry will sign his contract in the next weeks? Now we all know that Spurs are sniffing around as well as Man City. A very unusual situation here whatever your views are wouldn't you say. Hayden Evans is keeping his powder dry due to the Leeds players on his books.

So how are the 49ers doing? Yes talk of problems with our transfer window, Adam Underwood was he the cheap option etc. What was Greta Steinsson doing during this window as he got promoted to the 49ers head of football and technical operation? Why wasn’t he involved? Then there is the utter chaos at Glasgow Rangers. Parag Marathe involved in hiring Russel Martin, sacking him, trying to recruit Gerrard, getting snubbed by Gerrard…… are they out of their depth when it comes to British football.

How could we have been genuine contenders for Rodrigo Muniz and Igor Paixio if we had genuine FFP struggles spending over 100m

I'd say 90 percent of who we bought in - was the absolute bare minimum.

I’m inclined to agree they are out of their depth doc. I’ve been following the comedy that is sevco in Scotland and it’s pathetic. Didn’t thing they could sink the club further

They've done okay so far. If they upgrade the stadium correctly then it's a big thumbs up from me.

Guess we’ll know soon enough re Harry. I’ve no insider gossip in the academy but genuine question doc. If Richard Cresswell was so peed off with Leeds would he have let Alfie sign last month?

The stadium upgrade is key and that means staying up because not much happens if relegated and that’s when the investors really kick off. Why I also said let’s see what Red Bull do at the end of the season :emoticon-0148-yes:

Like his brother before him you have a 16-17yo captaining the U21s. Their view is that Alfie does best by staying right now. Theres also been a slight tweaking and parting of the ways between Cresswell, Evan’s and Gray. Hayden Evan’s runs the group Blue Sky Sporting which covers all sports inc boxing etc. Cresswell and his wife are now the main owners of the football side with Andy Gray listed as a director but companies house and LinkedIn slight difference. So looks like the Grays not as involved shall we say?

Well, whether you're a Cresswell or a Gray, I'd say that coming through the Leeds academy hasn't done them any harm at all. In fact, it's probably given them a great grounding at such a young age that it's probably preferable to come through here than anywhere else at the moment.

Archie is probably a millionaire at 18. Had a full season in the Championship. Now a European Trophy winner at 19. His career is going okay considering the 'poor' start he had at Leeds.

Charlie Cresswell has had games at Leeds in the Championship, a succesful year at Millwall in the Championship and is now playing top tier football in one of the big five leagues in Europe. Hes only 22 or 23 which is very young for a centre half. Well on his way to being a millionaire by now.

Its a wonder these kids have any success given the hardships they endure in the Leeds academy.

Wonder how Rangers fans are feeling today as it looks like Marathe is on the verge of employing Kevin Muscat as the new manager. Marathe will pay over £1m compensation to a Chinese club and Muscat will arrive late November. Muscat has managed in Australia, Japan and now China. He worked under big Ange at Melbourne Victory……….. did Greta Steinsson have anything to do with this? Anyone else think it’s an expensive gamble paying £1m for someone with no experience managing on this continent. Think he had a couple of games as a player for Rangers donkeys ago? 49ers seem to have a wierd view of reality

To be fair Scotland is a step down from the Australian, Japanese and Chinese leagues so he should be fine.

And if Farke wasn’t such a tw@t they wouldn’t want to leave and better themselves. If we had a better manager they actually liked, they’d stay and rot in the 21s,

    He’s done them a favour.
