Hincapie also picked up a groin injury during his short sub appearance on Sunday.

Excellent news that Saliba has agreed a new deal at Arsenal until 2030:

He'll have to fight for his place - which is a good thing.
It means if he loses his starting place and he wants to leave the price will be higher with a contract until 2030

Arteta saying that the Rice and Odegaard injuries from the West Ham game 'don't look good'.

I hope he's just saying that because it's the international break and doesn't want them to be called up, but he said they both left in braces apparently.

Frustrating if true and if they're as serious as Arteta is implying.

I see a lot of knee Injuries in my sport.

Will be surprised if Odegaards injury is serious. Was an impact to the lower quad - most likely bruising rather than a bad ligament Injury - which normally come from rotation with there feet planted.

Hopefully he's back soon - he was looking good.

    Update on our captain:

Looks like he's got an MCL injury! Could be weeks to months! :(

    https://www.arsenal.com/news/medical-update-martin-odegaard

MCL injury recovery for a football player ranges from days to several weeks or months, depending on the severity: Grade 1 injuries (strains) may take a few days to 3 weeks, Grade 2 (partial tears) typically need 3 to 6 weeks, and Grade 3 (complete tears) can require 6 to 12 weeks, or longer if surgery is needed.

    FFS we are so unlucky.

Havertz, Jesus, Madueke and now Odegaard out for potentially months.

Odegaard not back until after the November international break. It's a big shame, but I'm glad we have enough cover there.

Rumours circulating that Havertz could be back slightly earlier than expected. He's reportedly in his final phase of recovery and staff are 'blown away' by his relentlessness and determination to be fit as soon as possible. This would be a huge boost for us if true <ok>.

Good news - Piero Hincapie back in full training.

Bad news - Ben White has suffered another setback.

Gotta be honest - starting to worry White may never get back to full fitness for a consistent period of time again. This is also going to increase Timber's load even more. Poor guy can't get a rest.

White gave us 3 incredible, injury-free years but we clearly overburdened him due to Tomiyasu being a perennial sick note and Timber's ACL going in his first season for the club. I think the injuries are now catching up with White.

This is going to be a (very) unpopular view, but assuming he can't sort his fitness out, I think White should be someone we consider selling in the Summer. He's 28 years old and may not be as reliable as he once was. Could be time to cash in and get someone else for the RB position to challenge Timber.

So wait, do we now have Timber, White and Saliba out ?!

Saka and Havertz we have cover for.
