Improvements come in many forms, some actually save money straight away, from 5s (tidy up) to green field thinking which will cost a lot of money
We need more people to cope with the demand from the more people who arrived here during the Blair era into an already underfunded, creaking system…. approved by Sir Tony on the promise he would get the EU Presidency…., subsequently denied! If he’d been in office 500 years ago his head would have been spiked on the Tower walls….. alongside another despicable traitor to this country….. Cameron!
So you yourself don't have a remedy then. Why do you expect others to if you don't. Is that what they call "gaslighting"
Take over one of the jobs that political class bring into the country every year saying we need them. That's the reason we bring 900k approx in, we are told.
Seems you are talking about civil engineering and a machine doing the work of 10 men. I work in construction, how would you apply your theory to bricklayers, joiners, plasterers, electricians etc. I am keen to know as if I can get one man to do 10 men's work I may set up in business. 90% cut in wages paid mean I could undercut all of my rivals quotes by 50% and still make a fortune.
My brothers work in construction, one scaffolding, brought leyher scaffold from Germany, dearer than tube and fit but think he said 1 man does work of 6. Another thing for bricklaying, use glueblocks, a lot faster than sand and cement also can build a lot higher without waiting for cement to go off, plenty of new tools coming out for other trades as well.
I’m not the one who’s been railing on here for months and months about how bad they think things are and mocking others for having the temerity to have a different opinion,If you and the other Marx brothers are so vilified with the situation, the least you could do is present us with your remedies to correct what you see as grievous wrongs.
A bad boss blames his workers tools? This is a true story which you can believe or not I don't really care. A decorating company from Durham's contract manager was an ex painter. He liked to get back "on the tools" and work weekends occasionally. Foreman told me there was 3 of them there, him, contracts manager and another painter. Foreman tells contracts manager to work with the other lad and he would work by himself. Dinner time comes and contracts manager says to foreman "How many rooms have you painted?". Foreman says one. Contracts manager said "Slacker, we've done two". Foreman says aye cos there's two of you. Contracts manager just looked at him puzzled. It's not workers we need to get rid of. It's management.
I have already told you my answer. You have refused to answer a question 3 times now. Ever thought of a career in politics?
That was the problem with Cameron and austerity. Left all the middle and upper management and just cut workers at the bottom without any thoughts on how it works. I hate that word a cowards way out just cut the bottom.
No that was before I brought in smart mathematics. It is now revised to 32. 10 digits have now been made redundant, and have accepted their redundancy terms.
What puzzles me most in why Farage laughs at everything hysterically … … even when the joke’s on him. What’s worse is that his supporters laugh along with him. All very strange.
Not at all, but the fact is some people are more intelligent than others. The average doctor is more intelligent than the average bricklayer, for example. That doesn't make the doctor a "better person", people have thousands of different attributes, and there are plenty of things the bricklayer does better than the doctor. But, for complex matters that require critical thinking and logic (e.g. Brexit), the more intelligent person is better qualified to make a smarter decision...
