    Provided daughter feedback regarding voiceovers.
They put the tups in with the ewes today. Videos taken so she'll do a reel tonight. Asked her to put some commentary on info about tupping, gestation, raddle and anything else they can think of.

Now daughter has moved and the new tenants are moving in, a bit more time to tidy up.

Daughter bought us a bench for the farm last Christmas. We had one before but it fell to bits. It had been at the house for years before hand.
Anyway, leveled off a bit of the verge by the gate into one of the fields with the tractor bucket, put a few paving slabs down that were lying around and sited it ready for use.
Ill move the flat roller soon.

It faces south West, so in the general direction of sun set. It is a nice view.

    Lots happening today.

Red current gin been 'brewing' for 4 months, so bottled it today.
    Time for a taster.

On to the sloe gin next. Sloes in the freezer ready.

I've never managed to harness the elder harvest. Neither the flower nor the berry. Must get round to it.
Picked quite a few field mushrooms but don't trust myself to be more adventurous.

There will be a lamb going in the freezer shortly. Not sure that counts as foraging though.<laugh>

Remote, on a slightly topical theme, what advice would you give Wayne Nash on how to deal with rats?

Not a problem we've solved. Loads of the bloody things.
Very limited on what you can use these days. Especially with lots of livestock around.

There's stuff on all the gate posts. It's where it's stored.
If you're going into a field to get a horse, you walk past a gate post.<cheers>

It's only head collars and lead ropes.
All the good stuff is in a tack locker.
