You heard right. But it's not a sport - it's a pastime like stamp collecting or nude gardening.

    Re: Test Match Cricket

There was justifiable & widespread condemnation yesterday of TNT’s decision to go with two non cricket personalities to front their Ashes coverage this Winter :emoticon-0113-sleep:emoticon-0113-sleep

That's good of you to say so, bud.

I should at this point remind our kind-hearted forum to put out some high energy food for our feathered friends this winter. Suet pellets, fat balls and mealworms can be purchased from most supermarkets, discount stores and garden centres. Clean water is also vital, even in the coldest months, as a clean bird is a warm bird.

    Strange decision.
I've never watched TNT. You have to pay for it I assume?

There's plenty of food around in autumn for birds, and fledgelings need to learn to forage. They need our help when winter kicks in. The Robin is Britain's national bird, quite right too. Anyone who gets their hands in the soil will befriend a robin. The great wildlife poet John Clare wrote a wonderful poem about Robin.

Like I say, feed them nutritional food this winter and provide fresh water. And make sure the feeders are cleaned regularly.
