https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cj97lkmd23po Whilst I will not lose any sleep on this individual getting this sentence, I am concerned for the future and the lack of free speech allowed in the country.
For pity's sake. Why has this idiot not just been deported? With the promise of a bul- edit: severe telling off if he comes back. That's about another £million of tax payers' money wasted. Threats to kill * should never fall under the protection of freedom of speech in this Country. * Apologies, my original post contained just such a threat (albeit a provisional one), which was a dumb irony.
He'll never go back to his hole. He is our problem now. No doubt he will receive a council flat and benefits.
Poor form. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cz0x70rx2jdo If any other organisation banned women from a public event like this fun run, there would be universal condemnation. I wonder what the Mayor of Inclusive, Multicultural London has to say about it. And another blight on our streets these days... https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cp8jd514j60o No checks, no regulation. No shame.
Absolutely poor form and this is why they’ll never integrate with our society, not that they have any intention to! , Khan won’t say a word- this is his London and culture -
The dude who threatened to kill Farage has been given an eight-month sentence for entering the UK illegally. How come all the other illegals are not given eight-month sentences? Someone enlighten me, please.
There would be a practical problem. Our prison population is around 90,000 at present I believe. 99% of capacity. Another 60,000 serving at least four months each would have nowhere to be locked up. And the cost - £75,000 per year per inmate, works out at roughly £1.8 billion. Moreover, unless they are detained in a secure facility, not tent cities or old army bases, there would be riots and chaos.
Basically, the eight-month sentence is a token gesture, especially as it is to be served concurrently. It means nothing.
It’s well complicated but they can be but resources dictate that most be placed on immigration bail. Unless they pose an immediate security risk The immigration act 1971 is poorly drafted and impossible to follow
Trouble is, we really haven't a clue who the majority of these migrants are or what their intentions are. For that reason, they must be kept in secure camps. We can't have undocumented men roaming the streets. Insanity.
Well done Shabana Mahmood. 300 Transport for London workers who came to this Country legally and have worked & paid taxes all the time they have been here, are about to lose their jobs and be deported because the Home Office has removed their jobs from a list of 'skilled worker' visas. 300 working lives wrecked, by some civil servant ticking a box on a piece of Whitehall paper. Talk about soft targets. Ms Mahmood ought to consider defecting to Reform UK. Actually though, they probably aren't heartless enough to satisfy her.
