France’s economy was in a better state than ours when we left the European Union. Now it’s in a worse state than ours.

If Brexit has been bad for us, then being in the European Union has been even worse for France.

Still glad we are well out of it.

Me to mate, I love being rid of the corrupt bastards, only our own corrupt bastards to get rid of now.
We should start by jailing Raynor the thieving bitch.
Fancy being one of her constituents knowing you have a bent witch like her as your MP.

Shooting yourself in the foot economically to get record immigration which was why most voted for Brexit. Not very clever is it?

So record immigration is now the unions fault?

I had no strong views at the referendum but those that got their way need to own the absolute mess Brexit has created.

No ERDF or ESF monies for our region which was another great loss.

I am against mass immigration. I voted remain. The very fact that people like Boris Johnson, Michael Gove and Nigel Farage were the "face" of Brexit in itself should have been a warning sign to voters that it would end up making us worse off than the status quo. I have worked with Polish, Albanian and Romanians. All came here via legal means, all had a skill, all worked, all sorted their own place to live, and none claimed any "benefits" . Compare and contrast with literally boatloads of unskilled migrants now that are costing taxpayers billions to house and pay benefits . I know which ones I prefer. Brexit has been an unmitigated disaster no matter which way you look at it, but with regards to immigration it has been a national tragedy.

You say that as if the next lot won’t be just as corrupt. They will. Just like the last lot and the lot after them! Every government, since the dawn of time, has been in it for themselves and their peers. Not interested in working class folk, none of them from my experience in the last 34 years as a working man!

It's harder to leave as well. Before Brexit my son could have freely lived and worked in Norway as an EEA citizen.

He's just gone through about 18 months of filling in forms, submitting evidence and other hoop jumping to apply for a residence visa to allow him to move there permanently. It's a much stricter and complex process now as he's classed as a third country national.
