I'd actually say it's much worse at Hampden than at Wembley on Thursday. At least in the first half there was a bit of atmosphere, it was mostly the second half that was flat. Here has been flat from the start. A friendly, fair enough if it's flat as the result probably doesn't matter, but a competitive international? Especially when you've a chance to qualify for your first Wold Cup in 28 years, you'd think the fans would be encouraging more. I wonder if after Thursday Scots fans have turned up expecting a comfortable win against a team just beaten 6-0 in their last game, but as Belarus have been better and more aggressive than thought it's flattened the crowd.
Commentators on BBC talking about Scotland winning the group, not a chance on this performance. IF they win (and it's not a certain seems as Belarus have had a goal chalked off) there's no chance if them beating Denmark if they play like this.
I've turned Scotland off and put Chad v Central African Republic on fifa+. It's 1-2 to African Republic and a lad has just got stretchered off, one of the fellas carrying the stretcher was wearing a building site hard hat.
I live in Scotland and love being here, more like Sunderland than Boro tbh ... ... if Scotland went to the WC I'd go,
hmmm, not sure what i was expecting from the scotland game, felt certain they would simply take the time and put the game to bed then i noticed adams was starting, surely scotland have better than him and dykes to choose from. mctominay has lost his 'jack russel' side, went down far too easy far too many times, suppose they are always the ones you have to be careful and avoid the banana skin...if some showed the attitude of doak they could have walked it.
If anyone needs to kill some time before the darts comes on at 8pm, New Vibes SC have just taken the lead against CAPA in the US Virgin Islands Premmier League on Fifa+ Great strike from outside the box into the bottom corner. Keeper had no chance.
