It certainly is and doesn’t get the recognition it deserves unlike another teams fans that are fawned over and over hyped on Sky TV etc particularly
On the coverage of the Wrexham v Birmingham game they mentioned, quite a few times, how impressive the away support was ... ... it's 80 miles, it's near enough a derby match
Between 1st–30th October we’re asking fans to reconfirm their email preferences. Emails will be sent out gradually throughout the month, meaning that supporters will receive their confirmation email on different days. If you’ve already received yours, make sure to click 'confirm' to continue hearing from us — don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder. By confirming, you’ll ensure that you stay up to date with everything from season ticket renewals and ticket offers to special events and priority windows. If you don’t confirm, we won’t be able to keep you informed about future club news and updates, unfortunately. If you haven’t received it yet, don’t worry — you will receive at least two emails before the end of the month. Just keep an eye on your inbox.
I don't know if anyone knows, but what happened to the Lambton Worm Tifo after the West Ham game? I hope it's been preserved as I honestly thought it was brilliant and loved it. It would be great if it could be used again somehow. Maybe donated to the museum or incorporated into the future stadium extension somehow.
Communications issues were something that I brought up on my RAWA list of things that needed attention. It's good to see that they've picked up on it and acted on it.
Was listening to Haway the podcast today, one of the presenters on there was at a talk in with David Bruce and Florent Ghisolfi. Apparently they're going to be installing new screens at the ground so that everyone gets to see what's going on. I assume it'll be in the concourse as you can't see the big screens at the back
Hmm. Got a lot of praise for his work in the past - wonder if Ghisolfi's appointment marginalised him a bit....?
This does feel like we are starting to transition into a new era at the club with this summer's recruitment, the tweak in policy and the arrival of Ghsiolfi. I wouldn't be surprised to see KS depart at the end of the season
Hmm. Approaching transfer windows where we’re gonna be very much in need of homegrown additions, I’m gonna keep my powder dry on this one. We need to pivot away from Francophone players sooner rather than later.
I would be surprised. And very disappointed. He has been back front centre of every improvement we have made. Ghisolfi is doing a job that we need doing now we are at a higher level, and doing it well. But there is a lot else to do, and KS is doing it. He has been KLD's best and most significant signings.
KS turned up in Portugal for the supporters meet, and told one of us that he had been 2 weeks solid out of the UK. I think there is more than enough work for KS and FG.
