The case was a sham it was a civil case not criminal. The victim couldn't remember the year or month & the soiled dress that she kept for decades wasn't even made until years later . It looked very much like the New York judicial system were just trying to get him locked up because they knew Biden & Harris had no credible chance of winning fairly. He may have groped her in a department store but it would have been more credible if she had called the police in the 80s when the alleged incident happened.
